Cancellation and Refund Policy

Fees for digital/advisory services are generally non-refundable once service has started, counselling has been provided, report preparation has begun, consultant verification has started, or membership benefits have been activated.

Duplicate or technical error

If a duplicate payment or technical error occurs, refund may be considered within 7 working days after verification.

Refund timing

Approved refunds may take 5-10 business days to reflect depending on bank or payment gateway timelines.

Non-refundable situations

No refund is normally available for change of mind after activation. Any refund is subject to management approval and actual service usage.
